01Do I need a computer science degree to land a high-paying IT role?
No. Companies are increasingly prioritizing specialized certifications, relevant experience, and problem-solving abilities over traditional four-year degrees.
02Am I too old or "too senior" to transition into tech?
Absolutely not. Career changers in their 30s, 40s, and beyond bring something junior candidates can't - professional maturity, communication skills, and domain expertise. We've helped professionals from all backgrounds make successful transitions into high-paying IT roles.
03How long does the transition process typically take?
Most of our mentees land their first IT role within 3–9 months, depending on their starting point and time commitment. With focused effort and the right roadmap, many achieve results faster than they expected.
04What if I don't know how to code?
Many high-paying IT roles don't require coding at all — think cybersecurity, IT support, cloud administration, and project management. We'll identify the right path based on your strengths and goals, not just what's trending.
05What makes your 1-on-1 mentorship different from an online course?
Online courses give you information. We give you transformation. You get a dedicated mentor who knows your story, holds you accountable, and adapts the plan as you grow. No generic curriculum — just a direct path built around you.
06How much time do I need to commit each week?
We recommend 8–12 hours per week for optimal results. That said, we build a schedule around your life — not the other way around. Even if you're working full-time or raising a family, we'll make it work.
07Do you help with interview preparation and salary negotiation?
Yes — this is one of the most impactful parts of our program. We run mock interviews, refine your answers, and coach you on how to confidently negotiate offers. Our mentees consistently land roles at the top of their salary range.
